At Chutzpah Collective, each puzzle is made to order — just for you. This mindful, on-demand production approach helps us reduce waste and ensure every piece is crafted with intention.

Because our puzzles are custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect design choice or a change of heart. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to us.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. There’s no need to return the damaged item.
