Orders & Payment

Products
Each product is made on demand, reducing overproduction and environmental impact. Please note that slight variations in colors and print placement (up to 0.5 inches) may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production.
Shipping & Delivery (U.S. Only)
We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Chutzpah Collective is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In cases of delivery issues, reprints are available at an additional charge, or a partial refund may be offered.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the product ordered was in error regarding size, color, or design, or if the customer has changed their mind. We offer replacements or refunds only for products damaged during transit or containing manufacturing defects if reported within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a few hours after placement before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are exclusive property of Chutzpah Collective and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Chutzpah Collective’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
